Lamination - composites

The design and material of the mould is adapted according to the number of parts to be manufactured. They can be milled in wood, ureol or aluminium. The mould is then produced in our 5-axis milling machines and prepared for laminating.

Composite material (e.g. glass or carbon fibres) are then used to build up the part. Finally, it is injected with a resin material such as epoxy, polyester or vinylester. As the material hardens, it takes the shape of the part.

Finally, the part is trimmed to remove all waste material including contours and holes.

The finished parts can then be combined with parts made from our other methods for a complete result.
