Prototypes - to select method

We use most of the available techniques when manufacturing prototypes in plastic. We select the best method and materials for your product together with you. Thanks to the different techniques we can offer, we are able to combine methods and materials to achieve the optimum result for your product.

3D printing

Forget the traditional rules about how parts are meant to be constructed. With the help of additive manufacturing – also known as 3D printing – we can make the impossible possible. You are free to make any construction according to your required design and function, without having to take into account traditional ideas of reproducibility.

Vacuum casting PU

PU casting is ideal for producing small batches of plastic prototypes. It is quick and easy to produce tools, and the parts manufactured are non-porous and therefore extremely hard-wearing. This method requires very little post-processing and the parts have properties similar to to thermoplastic materials, e.g. hard, soft, heat resistant or transparent. Parts can be produced in any colour you may require.

Injection moulding

In every development project there is a need of early testing of the final construction. We can do this by quickly produce a test tool. This tool can then be used for manufacturing of parts in a production like environment and with the final production material.

Design models

Do you need a prototype to verify your product’s design or a model for exhibitions or to be photographed? Let our skilled model makers take care of your project. We will select just the right methods together with you in order to achieve the desired results.

Tool manufacturing

By own designing and manufacturing of the tools, we control the entire process from the order stage right up to delivery. Whether it is simple tools for vacuum forming or the more complex tools required for injection moulding, we can adapt anything to your needs.
